Conditions of reservation

     

     A reservation is possible for 4 nights or more, which will be confirmed after receipt of the advance payment of € 60.00. Phone reservations without written confirmation are not binding.

     

    Requests for specific sites are respected when possible; however, the management reserves the right to assign an equivalent site if reasons make it necessary.

     

    1) Bank details:

    We ask you to transfer the advance payment of € 60.00 within 5 days after your reservation.

    You may choose the cheapest method of transfer to the bank account listed below. If we do not receive the advance payment within 5 days, this releases us from any further obligation to honor the reservation.

    After we receive the advance payment, you will receive a binding confirmation of reservation from us.

    The advance payment will be subtracted from the camping fees.

     

    2) Arrival and departure:

    The reserved site is available for occupancy from 12:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:30 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure; otherwise, an extra day will be billed.

    The reserved site will be held until 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If, by this time, there is no notification of a possible later arrival, we are released from any further obligation.

    The booked arrival and departure dates are binding for both contract partners.

    In the case of delayed arrival, the full daily rate will be charged as according to the price list.

    In the case of early departure: In the event of early departure, which must be notified by 11.30 a.m. at the latest on the day before departure, the deposit will be retained or € 60.00 will be charged as a compensation fee.  If no notification is made in time, the remaining booked days of holiday will be charged.

     

    3) Cancellations:

    For cancellations up to 10 days before arrival, the advance payment (minus a processing fee of €15.00) will be refunded. In the case of later cancellations, the advance payment will be retained.
